Manufacturing Facility

Project Neon has a complete in-house manufacturing facility. From our Balcatta premises we produce all of our clients signage needs whether it is vinyl window graphics or large building sky signage.

We have a spray facility where we apply a quality paint finish to all our sign face and signage structures.

We also have a complete metal workshop which allows us to completely design and manufacture any steel, aluminum or other metal structures and signs under one roof, giving complete control over our projects.

Project Neon boasts the largest VAC former in Australia - up to 4.5 metres long. Vacuum forming or 3-dimensional moulding is a great way to give your company logo/image impact. Logo's taking that 3-dimensional effect give great visual impact in either an illuminated or non-illuminated state. Logo's come to life when 3-dimensionally moulded. Project Neon has the ability to vacuum form other non-signage related items such as spas, garden ponds and automotive parts.
